• Only one entry is allowed per person.
• Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form. Delivery address must be that of an independent retail premises.
• The NFRN Mutual and Reposs prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
• Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries are the property of the Promoter.
• English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
• Offer open to Independent CTN (Confectionary, Tobacco, News) retailers only within the UK aged 16 & over with the exception of NFRN, NFRN Mutual & Regis Mutual Management Limited employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
• Consumers must have internet access and an e-mail account to be eligible for the promotion.
• No purchase necessary. By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions. The winners agree to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional use.
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
• Entrants must read and accept the website terms and conditions and privacy statement to be eligible.
• Closing date 1st May 2011. Prize winner will be chosen at random, from all qualifying Entries within 28 days of the closing date specified above.

• Data relating to entrants will be retained by NFRN Mutual for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to assist NFRN Mutual to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Competition.
• Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
• Competition winner(s)' names may be published on the website or you can write to "NFRN Mutual Competition Prize Winners, NFRN Mutual Limited, C/o Regis Mutual Management Limited, 7 Maltings Place, 169 Tower Bridge Road, London. SE1 3JB" naming the specific competition including a self-addressed stamped envelope for a list of winners.
• Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
• Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. NFRN Mutual reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
• Prizes are awarded at NFRN Mutual's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
• NFRN Mutual cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. NFRN Mutual is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition. Nothing shall exclude NFRN Mutual's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
